Machines
HORICON walk-behind machines are built to run steady on everyday work. The light grinding, polishing and maintenance jobs that fill the calendar between the big pours. Simple to move, simple to run, and one man on site can handle it without a crew.
Diamond Tooling
Metal bonds for aggressive stock removal, resin bonds for refined honing. Both specified for the aggregate hardness in Malaysian concrete. You get more square metres per set and a predictable cost per square foot, instead of tooling that wears out halfway through a bay.
Pads
Three pads, one system. Black strips off old finish and heavy build-up, red cleans and buffs back to a working sheen, white cleans and burnishes to gloss. Run them in that order on the walk-behind and a tired floor comes back without stripping the whole thing down.

Most finishes are lost by hand, not by machine. Uneven screed, trapped air, marked bays. HC site tools set the thickness once so the whole bay matches, and let a smaller crew lay the same area without rework or wasted material.
